History of Dragon Chemical Group

In 1989 Mr Zhou Xuelong, a private Chinese business man with rich experience in the chemical and dyestuff industry, set up a trading company for chemicals in Hangzhou, China. In 1994 Mr Zhou built his first chemical plant. In the following years Mr Zhou formed the Dragon Chemical Group by adding further chemical factories.

1989   Dragon Enterprise Co., Ltd. was founded as a trading company for chemicals.

1994   Zhejiang Dragon Chemical Co., Ltd.

1996   Linhai Dragon Chemical Factory (shut down in 2013)

1997   First production of hair dye intermediates

2001   ISO9001:2000

2003   Mrs Sun Siwei becomes CEO

2004   Yancheng Dragon Chemical Co., Ltd.

2005   Dragon Chemical Europe GmbH

2007   ISO14001 and OHSMS18001

2007   Zhejiang Dragon Technology Co., Ltd.

2012   Binhai Baiyun Chemical Co., Ltd.
